Fulfillment Policy – Mxteo Media

At MxteoMedia, we provide digital marketing and advertising services tailored to each client’s goals. Once a client signs up and completes onboarding, we begin service delivery according to the schedule below:

1. Service Delivery Timeline

  • Onboarding call scheduled within 3 business days of purchase.

  • Campaign setup and launch completed within 7–14 business days (depending on scope).

  • Ongoing services such as optimization, reporting, and strategy calls delivered weekly/monthly as agreed upon in your package.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Complete the onboarding form.

Provide any necessary creative assets (logos, videos, branding).

Approve ad copy and creatives in a timely manner.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All services are non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun. Clients may cancel services by providing written notice 14 days before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, all future billing will cease, and service will conclude at the end of the current term.

4. Communication

Clients receive regular updates via email, Zoom, or Slack (depending on package). Performance reports are delivered weekly or bi-weekly.
